Still Alive in Shanghai.
Well hi there! Sorry for the long time between drinks, but I've been bonce deep in the most intense work period I've ever experienced: the better part of 8 weeks without a break. And it ain't over yet...but thought I'd slow down for two seconds to update the Scrambler faithful (aka hi mum).
This weekend saw two occasions: the first was the launch of Fascination Porsche Shanghai, the first of two roadshow events we're doing to celebrate the world of Porsche, and connect the brand to VIPs, media and buyers. It was a great success, despite public day coming at the same time as occasion number two: the start of the Shanghai Summer. Which means one thing: SWEATY NUTSACKS. 34 degrees + 90% humidity - Singapore ain't got nuttin on Shanghers, son. Relentless. We head to Beijing in a week or so for the second show: expect more heat, more heart and more 911.
Tomorrow I fly to Qingdao (tick off another city) for the largest fashion show I've ever been involved in: the adidas 2014 Kick Off. It's been insane working on this: global celebrities, hundreds of outfits, dozens of dancers, and some of the coolest people I've ever worked with. We've built a 20 minute 3D film, and three separate fashion shows. Very, very cool.
So stay tuned for more updates. Apologies for being MIA.
