Update: I'm OK!
Hey reader(s). Just a quick note that I was in a funk yesterday, based on losing 3 kilos in under 12 hours. I call it the "Shanghai Ab Workout" - fastest way to a six pack.
Anywho, don't read too deeply into some of the negative posts of late. I'm ok, just reassessing what to do next. Life is good, and the truth is it's much easier to blog about the negative (when you're home and by a computer) than the positive (when you have a beer and are exploring an old bomb shelter, for example).
Thanks for the kind words, it's really nice to know that people read this, and that people care. Promise more positivity from here on in.
